Judge Forces Father to Choose Between an Attorney and His Children

 A Denton County Family Court Judge, against the *guidelines set it place for this exact type of case, allows the mother of three young girls, ages 11, 8 and 8, to move them 1,500 miles away from their Father citing that the Father may not make enough money in the future to support his children. He then orders the Father to not only pay child support but to pay for the airfare for his three Children both ways if he wants to see them at an average of about $2,300 per visit. “ What was the Judge thinking? Does you have something against this Father or against all Fathers in general? Hating The Judge? Denton County Child Custody – Fathers Rights

 Quite a few folks have said to me “you gotta be hating the Judge, can’t you go after him” or “you have to give him hell or go to the media”. At the first hearing I was extremely angry with the Judge for allowing my X to move so far away with my Children effectively destroying our family forever. I felt like I got run over by a train. All I could do was stand there like a deer in headlights and take it. At the very beginning of the hearing I asked the Judge “ Are we only dealing with temporary issues, temporary orders today ” – he said yes.  At the end of the hearing I said to the Judge “ At the beginning of this hearing you told me that we are only dealing with temporary orders, yet, everything that came out of your mouth affects me and my family permantely for the rest of my life . ” He said, Nothing! Where do our Families stand with all of this child custody litigation? Unfortunately, my Parents have passed and all they can do is roll over in their graves when they see the destruction of my Family. I’m sure they are very disappointed. My Sister has been a Godsend. She is the definition of “support”. I can’t believe I allowed myself to drift apart from her over the years I was married. She hasn’t taken to my girls because she is supposed to or because it is the right thing to do. It’s easy to see she loves them wholehearted. Denton County – Texas: In June, 2023 a Denton County Family Court Judge, of the District Court, hearing a divorce and child custody case issues an order allowing the mother of three young girls, ages 8, 8 and 11, to permanently move the children 1,500 miles away from their father and the only home they have even known.  The only reason given for this was “ I don’t like living in Texas .”  This order violates the spirit of the Texas Family Law Guideline that is in place to protect families and parents from this exact type of injustice.                      GoFundMe                       The guidline states “The Children must reside in Denton County or in a County contiguous to Denton County.” Maryland is Not adjacent to Denton County, it is half the country away.
